Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to help oversee daily kitchen and service operations in a fast-paced on-site environment. You will be responsible for supervising 5-10 staff and ensuring timely, quality service across shifts.

You will train staff in duties, sanitation, safety, and customer service, while managing stock, reports, and schedules. The role demands flexibility, reliability, and a customer-focused approach.
