McDonald’s Canada in Fort St. John, BC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will be responsible for staff supervision, safety and cleanliness, and upholding service standards to deliver a great guest experience. You will inspire your team, maintain a positive work culture, and contribute to meeting sales and profit goals while building guest satisfaction.

Your vibe and experience

While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.

When confronted with a situation, you can assess and problem-solve with confidence.
