Job summary

McDonald's Canada in Saskatchewan is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and deliver the world’s best Quick Service Restaurant experience. You will supervise Crew Members, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and develop staff, ensure consistent service, and contribute to local community involvement while maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace that puts guests first.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail is helpful.
• You lead by example and are accountable to your team and guests.
• You can assess situations and solve problems with confidence.

While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.
