Job summary

McDonald’s Canada in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will inspire a team, maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant, and work with a team of Managers and Crew Members to deliver strong performance.

We offer a starting full-time wage of $19.30/hour with a $1.00/hour overnight premium, flexible hours, education opportunities, and a supportive, inclusive workplace where you can bring your authentic self to work.

Your vibe and experience

While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.
