Job summary

MSM Restaurants o/a McDonald’s PEI in Charlottetown, PEI is seeking a Full-Time supervisor to manage daily kitchen and dining room operations. You will supervise staff, train team members, maintain records, and ensure health, safety and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience and a post-secondary diploma or equivalent. Compensation is hourly, with wage rates between $18.40 and $19.40 per hour, based on experience.

  • Experience: Minimum one year in a related role.
  • Education: Post secondary diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Keep record of the quantities of food used
  • Provide staff training
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Record and balance daily transactions
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
