Job summary

McDonald's Canada in Calgary is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and uphold our service standards across restaurant operations.

You will inspire crew members, ensure a safe and sanitary environment, participate in local events, and uphold our cleanliness and guest experience commitment.

Qualifications

• Inspires a team and leads by example in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and guest‑focus skills.
• Experience in supervising crew members is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Crew Members to deliver the World's Best Quick Service experience.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests and staff.
• Manage and mentor crew members and delegate tasks effectively.
• Participate in local events that positively impact the community.
• Uphold McDonald's Canada cleanliness standards and procedures.

While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.
