Job summary

Mark’s is seeking a PT Shift Leader to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead the store on shift, ensuring customers find what they need quickly and easily.

You will mentor teammates, coordinate daily operations, and uphold store standards, from opening to closing, inventory, pricing and signing, while delivering friendly, helpful service.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience acting as a mentor or coach.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

Our typical hiring range is between $16.00 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
