Job summary

Mark’s in Oakville, ON is seeking a part-time PT Shift Leader to drive superb customer experiences while guiding the team and stepping in for management as needed.

You will mentor staff, supervise operations, and ensure store upkeep, pricing accuracy, and clean presentation while offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience acting as a mentor or coach.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

As a PT Shift Leader at Mark’s, you will create great experiences by engaging with customers to ensure they find what they are looking for quickly and easily.You will also draw on your previous retail or leadership skills to be a role model to the team as well as lead the store when needed.

Our typical hiring range is between $18.95 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role‑specific requirements.
