Job summary

Mark’s is seeking a PT Shift Leader to create great customer experiences and to lead the store when needed. You will engage with customers to help them find what they need and act as a role model to the team, drawing on your retail and leadership skills.

The role involves mentoring the team, managing store operations in the absence of management, and ensuring shop upkeep, restocking, pricing and signing are kept up to date.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience acting as a mentor or coach.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the store in the absence of management including key holding tasks, opening, closing responsibilities, etc.


• Ensure store upkeep and cleanliness, including restocking, seasonal changeover, inventory, pricing and signing are accounted for through staff supervision.

Our typical hiring range is between $16.00 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
