Role Overview

As a Shift Leader, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift. You understand how to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a team through building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interactions. Your leadership ensures a productive and fun environment for your store.

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service and quality products throughout the guest experience.
2. Support store operations by maintaining communication, monitoring efficiency, and coaching team members.
3. Prioritize and delegate tasks such as baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the team.
4. Ensure a safe, clean environment adhering to food safety practices.
5. Manage cash handling and deposits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Point of Sale system experience
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, patient
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to motivate others and lead by example
• Ability to lift up to 18kg
• Must be 18 years or older
