Position: Part Time Shift Leader

Location: 320 Taunton Rd E, Whitby, ON L1R 0H4, Canada

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct sales floor operations including customer service, merchandising, housekeeping, shipping/receiving, and health and safety standards.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to Associates, supporting productivity and sales goals.
  • Mentor and train Associates to ensure high performance and excellent service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Evaluate and improve service quality; handle customer issues appropriately.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy in transactions, inventory, and store procedures.
  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Leadership skills and decision-making under pressure.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Availability to work extended days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Flexibility to transfer to other store locations as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and use a ladder up to 10 feet.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
