e4c's Long-Term Supported Housing program in Edmonton, AB is seeking a leader to supervise frontline staff, coordinate recovery‑oriented care plans, and promote a respectful, trauma‑informed workplace.

The role requires 2+ years in leadership with experience serving marginalized populations, a relevant diploma, First Aid/CPR, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to document outcomes and manage crises.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience with marginalized, high-risk populations.
• Knowledge of Housing First standards and practices.
• Strong ability to document outcomes and report on program results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach Support Workers while ensuring adherence to policies and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Supervise and support daily frontline operations to meet program goals.
• Facilitate team communication, decision-making, and staff training.
• Oversee resident care with recovery-oriented, harm-reduction approaches.
• Coordinate with clinical and community partners to support residents’ holistic wellbeing.
• Model respectful communication and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and contract compliance.
• Manage crises and incidents with proper reporting and follow-up.
