Job summary

Excel Society in Edmonton is seeking a Residential Coordinator to lead frontline teams delivering person-centered supports. You will ensure ISP/Wellness plans are developed, reviewed, and implemented with respect for client rights and privacy.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Human Services is required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of disability, mental health, brain injury, and dual diagnosis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid & CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Wellness Support Plan / ISP processes for clients.
• Protect client confidentiality and promote independence.
• Provide emotional support and de-escalation when needed.
• Coordinate with Program Manager on client issues.
• Lead monthly staff and client meetings.
• Assist with recruitment and staff development.
