407 ETR Concession Company Limited is seeking a Shift Lead in the Highway Operations group to support the Ontario toll highway's maintenance and traffic systems. Location at Woodbridge, you will help lead teams, ensure safety standards, and coordinate winter and summer maintenance activities.
The role requires rotating shifts and on-call weekends. A DZ driver's licence and relevant road maintenance experience are highly valued for this position.

Total Potential Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000
Reporting to the Supervisor, Operations, this position is assisting the Highway Operations Leadership Team in the delivery of the program activities for maintaining the traveled road surfaces, signing, illumination, drainage systems and traffic guidance systems in a safe condition (MTO Standards) and as defined in our safety Control Plans for both Winter and Summer Maintenance. Note: This position will be required to work rotating shifts and work in all road and weather conditions, as well as be on-call during weekends as required and needed.
