This role is responsible for leading Cash Administration, Banking Operations, and Customer Payment Solutions for 407 ETR. It oversees cash receipts, payment processing, banking relationships, customer payment programs, reconciliations, financial controls, and vendor management. The role supports payment strategy initiatives by improving payment processes, reducing processing costs, enhancing the customer payment experience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements. The successful candidate will provide leadership across cross-functional initiatives while promoting continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the team, fostering accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and a high-performance culture. Establish team priorities, clarify expectations, monitor performance, and ensure work is aligned with departmental objectives, service commitments, compliance obligations, and broader business goals. Exercise sound judgment in resolving operational issues, prioritizing payment and banking initiatives, escalating risks, and determining appropriate corrective actions within established policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
