Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support restaurant managers and mentor team members on daily operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining product quality, and ensuring smooth service during the shift.

You will cross-train across stations, uphold safety and sanitation standards, manage cash handling per guidelines, and support inventory and program rollouts under the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of restaurant experience.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service on each shift.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by GM.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production and flow.
• Maintain a professional, positive atmosphere.
• Communicate with management and staff clearly.
• Assist in inventory and cash handling procedures.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
