Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking a Supervisor to lead a frontline team at the AJ Billes Distribution Centre in Canada. You will drive safety, productivity, quality, and customer service in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires coaching, performance feedback, and shift-plan execution to meet daily objectives. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in distribution/logistics, strong leadership, and a solid safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Three+ years of experience in distribution, warehouse, retail distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.
Experience leading frontline teams in a fast-paced operation.
Strong understanding of safety practices and operational processes.
Safety-focused with proven safety record.
TDG knowledge and related certifications considered an asset.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of frontline employees to meet operational, productivity, quality, and customer service objectives.
Coach and provide performance feedback; conduct annual evaluations and set team objectives.
Manage workflow, staffing, and labor allocation; execute shift plans.
Support loss prevention, security, and safety initiatives; ensure safety procedures are followed.
Use data and reporting tools to drive informed decisions and monitor metrics.
