Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a hard-working machine operator for a 2nd shift in Cambridge, Ontario. You will set up and run sheet metal fabrication equipment, interpret blueprints, and inspect finished parts to quality standards.

You will also manage material flow, perform quality checks, and document activities in SAP and FactoryTalk, while contributing to LEAN and safety programs and multi-skilling teams.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude and ability to read CSPs/DWIs.
• Experience with tooling and forming processes.
• Ability to operate warehouse and fabrication software.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheet metal fabrication equipment including Prima Power machines and presses.
• Interpret blueprints and work orders to manufacture, form, finish and inspect parts.
• Maintain material flow using cranes, hoists, and material handling systems.
• Perform quality inspections and document activities in SAP and FactoryTalk.
• Support LEAN/Six Sigma initiatives, safety, and team development.
