The opportunity
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing, designing, architecting, development, and implementing custom business solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and M365, with a focus on deploying solutions to meet organizational needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and maintain SharePoint Farms, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Analyze, architect, and develop new M365 Online SharePoint sites and supporting applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent).
- Lead end-to-end migration projects for SharePoint environments (on-premises to cloud), ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- Coordinate with the client’s IT project team upon contract award to discuss deliverables.
- Attend meetings with clients, including status meetings and developer scrums, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of SharePoint/M365 architecture, workflows, and integration with other Microsoft services, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure applications.
- Experience leading end-to-end migrations of SharePoint environments with diverse content structures and permissions.
- Collaboration with infrastructure teams to optimize SharePoint farm configurations and system performance.
- Familiarity with Pointfire, Gimmal Records Management, Nintex Workflow and Forms, Project Server 2016, Hare Point Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate.
- Degree in computer science or equivalent.
