Sewer Squad in Toronto, ON is hiring a Sewer & Drain Technician who blends plumbing service with proactive sales. This commission-based role focuses on generating new maintenance contracts across the GTA and delivering top-tier service to our customers.

You will meet sales targets, build lasting client relationships, and coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction while adhering to safety and plumbing codes.

Qualifications

• Successful experience in plumbing service work.
• Demonstrated sales and cold-calling experience, within the industry.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean record.

The Big Task

The Drain & Sewer Technician/Sales is a commission-based position that is responsible for generating new business through the identification and acquisition of new customers, lead generation activities and industry networking out on the field. The primary objective of this position is to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives with respect to new maintenance contract sales in an assigned geographic territory.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new sales opportunities
• Preparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clients
• Generating leads
• Providing regular reports on sales activity and performance
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to
• Performing all job functions in a safe and healthy manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Adhering to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codes
• Other tasks as assigned.

Additional Information

The appointed candidate annual salary range within $120,000 - $200,000.
