Infinity/FCM is hiring a Journeyman Plumber based in Burlington, ON. This full-time, field-based role involves daily travel to commercial and foodservice job sites. You will diagnose blockages, service drains, water filtration systems, and fixtures while maintaining safe, clean, and compliant worksites.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in service plumbing, a valid Ontario G license, and comfort with mobile apps and digital reports. Company vehicle provided; benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Certified Journeyman Plumber with plumbing expertise in commercial/foodservice settings.
• Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence and clean driving record.
• Ability to diagnose and fix drains, water treatment and fixtures.
• Experience using digital work orders and field apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems, focusing on drainage and blockages.
• Perform drain jetting, service water filtration and fixtures.
• Complete service calls and preventative maintenance visits.
• Communicate repair options clearly to teams and customers.

The Role

We are hiring a Journeyman Plumber based in Burlington or the (GTA), ON. This is a full-time, field-based role involving daily travel to job sites, primarily in the commercial and foodservice sectors. This role is perfect for a plumbing professional with expert knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in drain cleaning, water filtration systems, plumbing fixtures, and commercial drainage system maintenance. You will be expected to diagnose complex drain and pipe blockages and provide effective solutions quickly and efficiently. This position requires a highly skilled specialist who is comfortable working independently and thrives in a demanding, hands-on environment. Much of the work is performed in active retail or restaurant locations, often in tight spaces during off-hours or around customers.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems with a strong emphasis on drain cleaning and clearing blockages
• Perform drain cleaning and jetting, and service water filtration systems and plumbing fixtures
• Complete service calls and preventative maintenance visits
• Recommend repair solutions and communicate clearly with internal teams
• Maintain safe, clean, and food-safe job sites during and after work
• Accurately complete digital service reports and timesheets
• Follow all safety regulations, building codes, and company protocols
• Drive to different locations throughout the day (company vehicle provided)
• Occasionally respond to after-hours or weekend calls, as required

Work schedules can vary based on service needs and may occasionally include evening or weekend work, with advance notice when possible. What We're Looking For

• Certified Journeyman Plumber (Required)
• Valid G (ON) Driver’s License and clean driving record (Required)
• Comfortable with mobile apps, work orders, and digital tools (Required)
• Clean criminal record (Required)
• 3-5+ years of plumbing experience in a service-focused role
• Proven hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing commercial plumbing systems, water filtration systems, and plumbing fixtures. Skilled at clearing blockages and servicing drainage systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and detail
• Clear, professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Physically able to lift 50-100 lbs and work in demanding environments
• Gas Fitter Certification. An asset, but not required
• Backflow Certification. An asset, but not required
• Legally authorized to work in Canada (FCM does not sponsor work permits, visas, or immigration processes)
