Sewer Squad in Toronto, ON is hiring a Sewer & Drain Technician who blends plumbing service with proactive sales. This commission-based role focuses on generating new maintenance contracts across the GTA and delivering top-tier service to our customers.

You will meet sales targets, build lasting client relationships, and coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction while adhering to safety and plumbing codes.

Qualifications

• Successful experience in plumbing service work.
• Demonstrated sales and cold-calling experience, within the industry.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities.
• Preparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clients.
• Generating leads and providing regular sales activity reports.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhering to health, safety, and company policies; following plumbing codes.
• Performing duties safely and within time constraints.
• Other tasks as assigned.
