Course Description: An integrative course which focuses on the functions and responsibilities of senior management. Deals with the concept of organizational strategy and how it is formulated, developed and implemented in real-life situations.

A valid driver’s license is required for any off-campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
