Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow platform and cross-platform integration solutions based on ServiceNow best practices while maintaining out-of-the-box (OOTB) upgradeability.
• Partner cross-functionally with other business application owners to ensure smooth and well-connected business automation and data management processes.
• Serve as a lead subject matter expert and champion in driving best practices for the evolution of the company's ServiceNow instance and integrated tools.
• Provide input into the IT Roadmap, including ServiceNow rollout, new module implementation, and major upgrades.
• Lead discussions on new ServiceNow features, contribute to process improvement recommendations, and inform users about system functionalities and enhancements.
• Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades, cloning, and maintenance processes.
• Design and implement enterprise IT projects within ServiceNow.
• Duties include : gathering requirements, collaborating with technical leads, serving as liaison between business and IT, managing change processes, defining and documenting requirements, and developing specifications.

Must Skills

• Certified ServiceNow CAD / CSA.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules like Employee Center, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, and Now Mobile.
• Experience building custom spokes, data streams, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI scripts, UI pages, UI macros, UI policies, etc.
• Proficiency in Service Portal & API development including REST & MID Server integrations.
• Ability to develop and re-engineer processes and build workflows in ServiceNow.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications as a Technical Solutions Architect.
• Experience with newer ServiceNow features like App Engine Studio, Git, App Engine Management Center, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field or extensive ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer.
