• Act as final escalation point for technical decision-making.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences

Professional Certification

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Application Developer

Risk and ServiceNow CIS Certifications

Proven experience in 2 additional product lines outside of Security & Risk
