Job summary

Scotiabank is looking for a ServiceNow QA Engineering Practice Lead in Toronto to define and own the QA practice vision. You will implement testing standards, mentor QA engineers, and ensure quality across ServiceNow applications.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of QA experience, mastery of ServiceNow ATF, and a background in team leadership. This role requires a commitment to quality and collaboration in a diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA engineering experience, with at least 4 years focused on ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ATF, including writing and maintaining automated test suites.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the ServiceNow QA practice vision and standards.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of QA engineers.
• Design and implement automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF.
• Establish testing frameworks and methodologies for the ServiceNow platform.
