Qualifications

• 10+ years in AQA or software testing with leadership experience.
• Strong SQL proficiency for database validation and ETL testing.
• Experience with Azure Purview, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.
• Proven expertise in Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Cypress, Appium.
• Experience testing web, desktop, mobile apps, APIs and databases.
• Experience in performance, load, and stress testing with tools like JMeter/LoadRunner.
• Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the AQA team to deliver automated testing across applications and databases.
• Define and implement the automation strategy and best practices.
• Develop SQL-based automated tests for database validation.
• Leverage Azure ML to improve test coverage and predict issues.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting across UI to backend.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive performance and load testing efforts.
• Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams.
• Measure quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage risks and communicate findings to stakeholders.
