THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in IT Operations Management (ITOM), and will be responsible for designing and implementing ITOM solutions to enhance our IT infrastructure and operations.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect ITOM Solutions: Design and implement ITOM solutions, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
• Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other IT systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Best Practices: Develop and enforce best practices for ITOM processes and configurations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development, with at least 3 years focused on ITOM.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow development tools.
• ITOM Expertise: Strong knowledge of ITOM modules, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and functional issues.

CERTIFICATIONS

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Operations Management (CIS-ITOM)
• Additional Certifications: Certifications in specific ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management are highly desirable
