The company seeks a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer for a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in core ServiceNow modules, with a focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions aligned with business continuity, asset management, and IT operations strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable solutions within ServiceNow core applications (ITSM, ITOM), focusing on GRC / IRM and CMDB modules.
• Implement GRC processes including policy management, compliance, risk, and audit management.
• Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Disaster Recovery teams to implement BCM workflows and automation.
• Develop governance policies for CMDB data ingestion and lifecycle management.
• Ensure platform governance, participate in change control, and adhere to security policies and industry standards.
• Document technical design decisions and prepare SDLC artifacts.
• Support regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and IT risk management through advanced development and integration.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to platform architecture decisions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Over five years of ServiceNow development experience, with solid knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and GRC / IRM frameworks.
• Proven experience with CMDB modeling, health, governance, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• ServiceNow Certifications : Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IRM.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated to learn new technologies.

Preferred but not required :

• ServiceNow CIS certifications in Discovery and Service Mapping.
