Job summary

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a 12 month contract role with a client in Vancouver. The role involves leading design, development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, IRM/GRC and CSM.

You will provide technical leadership to developers and project teams, and design workflows, automations and integrations to deliver scalable, secure solutions. The ideal candidate has CSA certification and 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise

Qualifications

• CSA certification is mandatory.
• Advanced ServiceNow certifications are preferred (CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-GRC/IRM, CTA pathway).
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in an enterprise setting.
• Strong experience with ITSM, IRM/GRC and CSM.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• One or more advanced ServiceNow certifications preferred, such as:
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • CIS-ITSM
  • CIS-CSM
  • CIS-GRC/IRM
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) pathway certifications.
• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, IRM/GRC and CSM.
• Experience leading the technical delivery of ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, Flow Designer and integrations.
• Experience designing scalable solutions and translating business requirements into designs.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow security, data models, CMDB and platform governance.
• Experience with platform upgrades, release management and testing practices.
