Job description

Are you a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst looking for a fully remote opportunity? Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join their dynamic team, where you'll play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements to support multiple lines of service—including customer inquiries, onboarding, procurement, HR, and workflow coordination.

This role is ideal for someone with at least five years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including expertise in CSM and/or IRM modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders, Architecture Owners, and Change Management teams to design functional specifications, configure and customize ServiceNow solutions, and ensure successful implementation through user acceptance testing and end-user training.

If you thrive in a fully remote environment, possess a strong understanding of business processes, and have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you. ServiceNow certifications and experience with Azure DevOps are strong assets.

Contract details:
6-month contract to start.
Candidates must be eligible for Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance (having lived in Canada for 5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Customer Care, Onboarding, and Risk Management modules.
• Design and document functional specifications, workflows, approvals, permissions, and catalog items.
• Identify data sources and draft high-level data models.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM and IRM modules to meet business needs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and support.
• Monitor and troubleshoot post-deployment issues to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

Top Skills Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Appropriate ServiceNow Certifications.

Other Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CSM and/or IRM modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and requirement management.
