About the Role:

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is embarking on the Integrated Service Management (ISM) initiative to modernize service delivery across multiple business lines, including Human Resources, IT, Facilities, and Field Service Management. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a Level 3 Business Analyst to support the implementation of ServiceNow, the new enterprise-wide service management platform.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of cumulative experience (within the last 15 years) in business analysis, covering the following for at least six months each:
• Operational objective analysis
• Business requirements analysis
• Process and database content evaluation
• Defining and documenting system interfaces
• Meeting facilitation and stakeholder management
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting the implementation or upgrade of the ServiceNow platform within the last five years.

Certifications:

• Must hold a ServiceNow Implementation Certification in one of the following areas:
• ITSM
• HR Service Delivery
• Customer Service Management
• Field Services Management
• (Proof of certification(s) will be required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze & Define Business Needs: Identify operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
• Process & Data Evaluation: Conduct business analysis to identify information flows, evaluate existing procedures, and define database structures.
• System & Interface Documentation: Define and document system interfaces for seamless integration between manual and automated operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure business needs are captured and understood.
• ServiceNow Implementation Support: Work on ServiceNow platform implementation or upgrades, ensuring alignment with business goals.
