Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of office procedures.
• Basic knowledge of accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Field internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department.
• Open work orders as directed by the Service Manager/Shop Foreman and maintain until closed and invoiced.
• Maintain the service library with current information and bulletins.
• Maintain Service Department filing and records.
• Update customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the work orders.
• Maintain accessories and supplies and prepare replacement orders.
• Process warranty and/or product improvement claims including charges and follow-up.
