Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and service agricultural equipment with a commitment to customer support and pride in workmanship.
• Use specialized tools, cutting-edge technology, and innovative solutions to diagnose and complete complex repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance based on manufacturer schedules and standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of John Deere agricultural products.
• Participate in John Deere University and dealer-led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions.
• 3+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance.
• Candidates ideally will possess a Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent in a mechanical field (e.g., Heavy Equipment, Automotive).
• We may consider a 3rd or 4th-year Apprenticeship candidate.
• Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products are a definite asset.
