At Pattison Agriculture, we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for multiple PDI/Set-Up Shift Service Technicians to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Yorkton, SK. This shift works Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

Our PDI Technicians are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers by performing Pre-Delivery Inspections and assembly of all types of equipment to prepare for delivery, as well as assisting in repairs of agricultural and turf equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections on all types of equipment and prepare the equipment for delivery.
• Assemble all types of equipment offered for sale by the dealership.
• Assist in repairs and basic service tasks as required.
• Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment required in the set-up and delivery process.
• Operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment, and supplies for the service department.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Mechanical skills; ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used in pre-delivery and set-up processes.
• Ability to assemble machinery components according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Experience performing service repairs and maintenance.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.
• Knowledge of John Deere and competitive products or farming background is an asset.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
