Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in small engine repair.
• Knowledge of battery-powered equipment is a strong asset.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities (mechanical and electrical).
• Hands-on experience with common repair tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow technical manuals with attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license for on-site service calls.
• Willingness to learn and grow with training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair small engine equipment including carburetors and ignition systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues with advanced tools.
• Perform pre-season and post-season service on snowblowers, mowers, trimmers, chainsaws.
• PDI of new equipment.
• Service electric-powered equipment like robotic mowers and handheld tools.
• Test and maintain battery systems and perform software updates.
• Stay current with battery tech advancements.
• Maintain records of service and repairs.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers.
