Job summary

Canterbury Coffee in Calgary, Alberta is seeking an entry-level Coffee Service Technician who loves hands-on learning and enjoys helping customers get equipment working.

You will repair a range of machines on-site with clients, ensuring parts are available and representing Canterbury professionally. A Highschool Diploma and strong English are required; 1–2 years of service experience is a plus, plus a valid BC driver's license.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary courses in a related field are assets.
• 1–2 years of service experience in a similar field is an asset.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Passion for understanding how machines function and for coffee.
• Valid driving license and clean driving record.
• Love for coffee and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-house repairs and on-site service for customer machines.
• Ensure parts availability and represent Canterbury professionally on client sites.
• Provide hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting to varied brands and equipment (e.g., BUNN, Rancilio).

Salary Range: $48,000.00 To $57,000.00 Annually

Canterbury Coffee is seeking an entry-level technician who loves hands-on learning, enjoys connecting with customers, and is excited by the satisfaction of making things work.

Bring your enthusiasm, your passion for coffee and desire to learn along with your drive to succeed and we will provide you with the training necessary to become a successful Coffee Service Technician with Canterbury.

We work on varied types of brands and equipment from BUNN Brewers to Rancilio espresso units and everything in between. This position is responsible for conducting in-house repairs, ensuring that parts are available and representing the best of Canterbury while on-site with clients.

You have:

• Highschool Diploma
• Post-Secondary courses in a related field is considered an asset
• 1-2 years of service experience in a similar or related field is considered an asset
