Go Auto Surrey is seeking a Red Seal Automotive Service Technician to join our busy Dodge dealership service team in Surrey, BC. You will diagnose, service, and repair customer vehicles with a focus on quality workmanship and clear repair storytelling.

This role offers a clean shop, OEM training, steady hours, and growth across the Go Auto network, including health benefits, vacation, and a profit-sharing program.

Qualifications

• Red Seal/Journeyman certification preferred.
• Dealership experience is an asset.
• Own tools required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair customer vehicles.
• Perform inspections and identify recommended repairs.
• Complete repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, electrical, HVAC, cooling and related systems.
• Road test vehicles for diagnosis and quality control.
• Write clear repair stories using condition, cause, and correction.
• Support customer-facing repair videos and explanations.
• Follow warranty, recall, safety, and dealership procedures.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and fellow technicians.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.
