Who is a Service Technician?

The Service Technician is responsible for all repair and maintenance aspects of our Clubs, specializing in either Fitness Equipment or Facility repair. The role ensures optimal functioning of member-facing and staff areas, reports on work progress, and communicates with stakeholders across the Club Operations teams.

What will you be doing?

• Perform service and repairs across multiple locations.
• Use maintenance software to manage service requests.
• Prioritize work based on department mandates and plan club visits efficiently.
• Create and track service requests to ensure issues are addressed.
• Support specialist teams (AV / Installation) for larger projects.
• Report on work progress and completion.
• Document service notes, costs, and status updates on work orders for departmental visibility.
• Order parts and materials via Purchasing and vendors.
• Recognize workload needs and communicate with managers for additional support.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and support staff about outstanding issues.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinators and Purchasers for needs and support.
• Update scheduling and support needs with RFM.
• Practice safe working habits and follow health & safety protocols.
• Obey traffic laws and drive safely in company vehicles.
