As a qualified Service Technician, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of laundry and parking equipment within the Greater Toronto region; successfully maintaining service levels and quality standards for our customers and clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to service calls as dispatched.
2. Repair equipment to company standards.
3. Respond to emergency calls as required.
4. Rotate weekend ‘on call’ and after-hour standby coverage.
5. Evaluate and advise on any upgrades required in laundry rooms.
6. Manage calls in your territory to meet customer response times.
7. Manage and maintain Coinamatic assets and expenses, e.g., vehicle, phone/communication device, fax machine, parts, uniform, etc.
8. Develop and maintain good rapport with Laundry Attendants, Owners, Environmental Managers, and other client personnel.
9. Represent Coinamatic in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A G2 gas license.
• Some post-secondary education with a focus on appliance technology or electrical courses.
• Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record.
• Demonstrate technical, electrical, and mechanical aptitude with excellent diagnostic skills.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting skills, e.g., plumbing, ventilation, electrical, etc.
• Solid knowledge of the GTA driving environment.
• Team player who can work with all levels of the organization, e.g., sales, administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to maintain excellent customer/client experience.
