Job description

Under the supervision of the managers, the Repair Service Technician is responsible for receiving and shipping merchandise to be executed promptly and accurately.

If you have customer service skills, experience in woodworking, and the knowledge to repair and assemble furniture, we would love to open the conversation with you!

Your Responsibilities as Repair Service Technician

  • Responsible for repairing wooden tables, chairs, umbrellas, and assembling our high-end furniture at our customers' homes (after-sales service);
  • Responsible for store maintenance (small jobs like painting, miscellaneous repairs);
  • Deliver merchandise on special occasions;
  • Safely and efficiently assemble and place new products;
  • Neatly, safely, and efficiently wrap open products with industrial wrapping supplies, label and identify items neatly, place in a bin or prepare for returns;
  • Work with the inventory management computer system.

You Are the Person We Are Looking For If You Possess the Following Skills :

  • 5 years’ experience in assembling and repairing furniture or any relevant experience;
  • Comfortable with the use of different tools;
  • Meticulous, precise, and detail-oriented;
  • Woodwork experience is a must;
  • A mature, positive attitude and customer-oriented;
  • Devoted to teamwork, autonomous;
  • Problem-solving skills in day-to-day tasks;
  • The ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds;
