Job summary

Brogan Fire & Safety is seeking a Service Technician in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The role involves mobile and in-house service of safety equipment, including SCBA and gas detection devices, with testing, maintenance, and recertification responsibilities.

You will manage work orders, keep detailed records, and collaborate with the Sales and Management teams to grow the service portfolio. A professional, customer-focused approach and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair safety equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, test, repair and re-certify customer-owned equipment per manufacturer specs and local standards.
• Arrange for customer authorization of work orders.
• Maintain stock levels in the mobile unit and accurate records (inspections, logs, invoices, timesheets).
• Update customer contact lists and schedule required services; help grow the portfolio with Sales and Management.

Service Technician# Brogan## Service TechnicianApply: Grande Prairie: Full time: Posted 6 Days Ago: JR105776Service Technician**Status:**Regular, Full time**Location:**Grande Prairie, Alberta# **Job Description**Reporting to the Business Centre's Manager, the **Service Technician** is responsible for completing a variety of required services and customer support both in house as well as in a mobile capacity, on safety related equipment.
