Bold Electric is seeking an experienced Journeyperson Electrician to join our Service team in a full-time, on-site role. You’ll troubleshoot, service and install electrical systems for residential, commercial and light industrial environments, working independently with direct client contact.

We value quality workmanship, safety and customer service. We offer a four-day workweek, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits after 3 months.

Formación

• Journeyperson certification required.
• Experience in residential, commercial or light industrial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• WHMIS and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, maintain and install electrical systems and equipment.
• Work independently in the field while staying connected with the Service team.
• Communicate directly and professionally with clients.
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized and properly stocked company vehicle.
• Mentor apprentices and help them develop in the trade.

What You’ll Do

You’ll handle a variety of electrical service work across residential, commercial and light industrial environments, including:

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and installing electrical systems and equipment.
• Working independently in the field while staying connected with our Service team.
• Communicating directly and professionally with clients.
• Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
• Completing service documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and properly stocked company vehicle.
• Mentoring apprentices and helping them develop in the trade.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Journeyperson Electrician.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, reliable and proud of quality workmanship.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for scheduling and job documentation.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with satisfactory driver's abstract.
• First Aid and WHMIS certification, or ability to obtain upon hire.

Previous electrical service experience is an asset, particularly in residential, commercial or light industrial environments.

A Master Electrician designation is also an asset, but not required.
