Job summary

Bold Electric is seeking an experienced Journeyperson Electrician to join our Service team in Canada. You will handle residential, commercial and light industrial service work, troubleshoot, repair and install electrical systems, and communicate directly with clients.

We offer a 4-day workweek, 3-day weekends, a company vehicle and technology, full benefits after 3 months including dental and extended health, and a $500 Lifestyle Spending Account.

What You’ll Do

You’ll handle a variety of electrical service work across residential, commercial and light industrial environments, including:

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and installing electrical systems and equipment.
• Working independently in the field while staying connected with our Service team.
• Communicating directly and professionally with clients.
• Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
• Completing service documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and properly stocked company vehicle.
• Mentoring apprentices and helping them develop in the trade.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Journeyperson Electrician.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, reliable and proud of quality workmanship.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for scheduling and job documentation.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with satisfactory driver's abstract.
• First Aid and WHMIS certification, or ability to obtain upon hire.

Previous electrical service experience is an asset, particularly in residential, commercial or light industrial environments.

A Master Electrician designation is also an asset, but not required.
