THE OPPORTUNITY :

We are looking for a Service Sprinkler Fitter to join our Sprinkler Service Division full-time. As a Service Sprinkler Fitter, you will install, service, inspect, and repair Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems in commercial, residential, and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform sprinkler commissioning, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on systems including fire sprinkler wet and dry systems, pre-action systems, fire pumps, fire hydrants, backflow preventers, and special hazard systems.
• Liaise with clients and on-site supervision to ensure high levels of customer service and effective communication.
• Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and worksites to ensure client specifications are met.
• Ensure all work is executed using safe work practices and demonstrate safety leadership.
• Complete daily reports of work performed and activities.
• Train and mentor other team members, including apprentices and field service labor.

• Journeyman Sprinkler Fitting ticket.
• Minimum of 5 years experience installing and servicing sprinkler systems and associated piping.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and a positive attitude.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, including overtime and on-call rotation as needed.
