Pattison Agriculture in Yorkton, SK, is hiring a Service Shift Manager/Foreman for the evening shift. You will oversee the Service Dept workload, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer service, with a 3-11 M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing complex repairs on agricultural equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required for site work.
• JDTech Journeyperson cert or equivalent is required.
• Expert knowledge of agricultural equipment is expected.
• Able to operate diagnostic vehicles/equipment and use computer systems.

In this role you will manage, and direct the workload of the Service Dept for maximum efficiency/productivity & exceptional customer service. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will help deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

This role will work 3-11 M-F.

Requirements

• Operate vehicles/equipment used for diagnostics
• 5+ years doing complex repairs
• Lift up to 40lbs repeatedly; 40-75lbs on occasion
• Work flexible hours/varying shifts/weekends/holidays
• Valid drivers license
• Ag Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Cert/equivalent
• Expert knowledge of ag equipment
• Effectively use computers/systems
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
