Modern Niagara in Port Coquitlam is seeking a results-driven Service Sales Representative to boost growth in their Building Services preventative maintenance business. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or BAS control systems and at least 3–5 years of B2B sales experience. Flexibility, communication skills, and a passion for client success are essential.

The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or BAS control systems with a passion for helping clients maximize equipment reliability, extend asset life.
This role is essential to driving growth in our Building Services preventative maintenance business by converting prospects into long‑term service customers. The Service Sales Representative strengthens client relationships and ensures Modern Niagara’s solutions deliver maximum value, reliability, and efficiency for building operations. Their success directly impacts our ability to expand market presence and maintain industry leadership.
Expected annual compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 + commissions.
