Modern Niagara is seeking a BAS Design Lead to steer design and technical development of Building Automation System solutions from concept through project completion. You will collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Field Leads, and Installation teams to deliver high-quality control designs that meet project specs and company standards.
The role requires a degree in engineering and BAS/DDC experience, with a focus on HVAC controls, cost-effective design, and knowledge sharing across the IBT

The BAS Design Lead is responsible for leading the design and technical development of Building Automation System (BAS) solutions from concept through project completion. Working closely with Sales, Project Management, Field Technical Leads, and Installation teams, this role develops high-quality control system designs that align with project requirements, support successful delivery, and meet Modern Niagara's technical standards. Success in this role means delivering accurate, cost-effective designs that enable efficient project execution while supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the Integrated Building Technologies (IBT) team.

$90,000 - $110,000
