The 401 Group is seeking a Service Porter to drive, greet customers, and support vehicle check-in/out at our Sudbury location. You’ll transport vehicles, maintain safety, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the service journey.

Ideal candidates bring a valid G license, clean driving record, and a flexible schedule. This role offers on-site work with competitive hourly pay and team-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Valid G driver's license and clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule with ability to drive standard prioritized.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Drive safely and responsibly.
• Pickup and drop off clients’ vehicles in a courteous, timely manner.
• Greet clients professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures.
• Inspect vehicles for existing damage and note conditions.
• Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles as needed.
• Transport vehicles between the dealership, client locations, and service areas.
• Perform walk-around inspections and obtain final paperwork for delivery.

Now Hiring: Service Porter – Join Our Fast-Moving Team!

Are you a people-person who loves being on the move? Our dealership is looking for a friendly, reliable Service Porter to be the driving force behind an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll help our guests get where they need to go while their vehicles are being serviced—delivering comfort, safety, and a positive impression every mile of the way.

Location: 2091 Long Lake Rd, Sudbury ON

Compensation: $20 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday

What You Will Be Doing:

• Desire and capability to drive safely
• Pick up and drop off clients’ vehicles in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Greet clients professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures.
• Inspect vehicles for existing damage and document vehicle condition when required.
• Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles as needed.
• Transport vehicles between the dealership, client locations, and other service-related locations.
• Ability to handle driving long distances as required
• Ability to perform walk-around inspections
• Ability to obtain final paperwork for vehicle delivery (Ie: Exemplary attention to detail is required for the purpose of signatures)
• Provide excellent customer service and customer engagement
• Ability to without supervision

• Comfortable driving all sizes of vehicles
• Ability to follow all Health and Safety guidelines
