Job summary

Maserati of Edmonton is seeking a qualified Service Department Manager to lead the service team, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional customer service in a full-time, in-person capacity at our Edmonton location.

You will supervise daily operations, maximize production, review jobs for quality, and maintain health and safety standards while building strong customer and manufacturer relationships. Competitive six-figure CAD salary with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a Service Department to achieve sales, profits, and efficiency by maximizing production, controlling costs, marketing, building a clientele and establishing employee relationships.
• Ensure high quality service and repairs are provided to customers.
• Direct and schedule daily activities of all service staff.
• Establish processes & standards to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
• Review completed jobs for quality control purposes.
• Handle customer inquiries and or complaints.
• Guide and evaluate performance of service department staff.
• Conduct regular meetings with department staff to review goals, suggestions and/or concerns.
• Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives, and procedures.
• Ensure staff compliance with required health and safety regulations.
• Shipping and receiving of parts
• Perform additional duties as required
